[AS2] Dating Sim. HP, Time, and Random Spawning

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the action script for HP. And i'm completely lost with Time. How do you make it so a day goes down every time you sleep. And it keeps track. And how would i create random spawning so you don't talk to the same person twice. But they can still come up every once and a while. I know this is a lot sorry , but could anyone tell me how to keep items and pick them up? All i need is the action script and an explanation, Thank you.

Try to explain what you have done until now and how your "frame work" look like.
