File Upload with Flash and PHP

I have a question that I hope someone already has the answer to: after searching the net for examples, I am stumped. I am trying to make a Flash front end which has a input box and button for selecting an image file to upload to the server. (./images directory) I have a PHP page that does this but I'm having problems getting Flash to post the filename. Anyone have an example already?

you need a third party solution, like swfstudio or screenweaver, that extends the possibilities of flash files, cos it doesn't do this.:(
