Which way is more effective and effcient

I want this font to display on the different computer excatly. Do I embed the outline of this font or export this font into the library?

if you have a small amount of static text then just break it apart and display as an mc, if you have a small but dynamic set of characters to display embed them in the text properties panel, final resort is export whole font
