I live in the Philadelphia area and I used to freelance for some time before I got my current full time job as an AS3 developer.

Once a week or so I get a new e-mail from an old client, or a new company that heard about me through one of my old clients, asking me if I can do a project for them. I still do a few of the small ones myself after hours, but I really don't have the time for 80% of them and I really wish I knew some good developers that I could refer them to.

If you are a freelancer and know your stuff (at least enough to get your projects finished) PM me or something and let me get to know you and your work. If I feel like I can trust what you can do, then I will most definitely forward my contacts your way when they need someone.

Even if you don't have confidence in your skills, drop me a line anyways. Maybe you're better then you give yourself credit for. Or, maybe I can give you some help on the projects and we can split the burden. Just don't come to me with all of your own projects thinking I can do them for you. That's not the point.
