Scrollpane height relative to the web browser window

Is there a way to make the height of a scroll pane relative to the height of the web browser window?

I am going to use it as the scroll bar to replace the one on the browser because of a middle mouse wheel problem I'm having...

is there a way to make the flash movie stage and / or the scrollpane component relative to the size of the browser window....
