FLV file playing great in all browsers but not IE

Hi all,

I've created a flash object containing an FLV video that plays fine in Opera and Firefox but looks fairly horrible in IE7.

For some reason when you view the same page in IE7 it looks like it's playing using a quarter of the frame rate - looks really choppy.

Plays perfectly smoothly in my other browsers mentioned above.

Anyone shed any light on this?

not sure why this is happening, but you could try swfobject and see if it helps
