Hey all

I made myself a flash portfolio (http://www.tomsegal.com) a while back.
I'm pretty happy with it, people give me compliments concerning the design and the animations, and yet, seeing how its 100% flash, it can't be crawled (or: can't be crawled as effectively).
Is there a way to make such websites Google-friendly? Is there maybe a way to make the text in the pages of my website appear in regular HTML code?
For instance, I'd like to be able to hide the text inside an invisible DIV, and then make it so that when a link is clicked in the flash movie, that DIV becomes visible "on top" of the flash movie, so that the spooky tree and everything will be used as the text backgrund.

In short, what things can I do to make my website more google-friendly? I went as far as to make a non-flash version, but I'm not sure how effective that is advertisement-wise.

Please, I will really appreciate your tips. Fortunately I've got a lot of work at the moment, but I'd like to advertise myself properly in order to keep the flow going.

Thanks in advance!

You might want to do some research on RSS feeds.
They're easy to implement and can be a very powerful addition to any website.

Use the SWFObject AIR generator to create the index.html page.
Create an HTML/CSS webpage in the alternate content div.
