I rarely ever use frame labels but I am using them in a particular project I'm working on right now.

How do I expand the frames on the time-line (horizontally) so I can read the entire frame label for all the frames.
I already tried the different view modes you can chose from in the time-line options (like tiny, small, large, etc.) but those don't help.

Thanks.

You have to actually stretch the timeline box. Move your mouse cursor to the far right edge of the timeline box and it should change into two arrows; hold the mouse down then drag to the right. That works for me, but who knows, there might be another way of going about doing this.

Thank you for your reply but that doesn't help. I don't think there is a way to expand frames horizontally like this but I remember now how I got the frame labels to show. I just added a frame in front of the labeled frame and the labeled frame just expanded to fill the space in between.

Hey there,

What you are trying to do is actually not possible. The max you can do is right click the timeline and set the time line view to minimal or large. Ideal technique is to add more layers and on each layer you can add a new frame label so that all the frame labels are visible. Only headache is of having more frames.

Check this link (http://i30.tinypic.com/ddnjgy.jpg). I have taken a screenshot of a sample.
