loading and saving variables

i need help! i already learned how to load variables using possible methods, it's really kool but what i wanna know is how to save the variables on my hard disk, let's say 20 variables at the same time on one file. please help!

how exactly do you want to save your variables? do you want it on a text file or as a SharedObject? is your swf online or not? there are a lot of ways how to save variables on your drive.. please be specific... and (ronald is that you?????)
