[CS4] Docking the main And controller bars

Does anyone here have an idea how to dock the main or the controller bar in CS4?

Try as a may , anywhere in the gui I never get the blue signal with them.

What? I don't know all the fancy terms for CS4. Can I see a screenshot or something? :)

Hi UncleNinja and thanks for responding. As a matter of fact the `Main` and `Controller` bars are probably as antique as flash itself. I seem to remember them back from flash 3 or so. And they were always good. They could be docked up at the top. In CS4 the Adobe top floor guys probably decided to throw a curved one at us and ban them from docking - or rather some 2 schlumper programmers responsible for these 2 bars just forgot about them.
I challenge the world to dock these and prove me stupid, for two reasons:
1. I am probably stupid.
2. I wanna be proven such as I need them docked up really bad, I need not explain no one how uncomfortable are permanently floating toolbars in the CS4 feature packed interface.
