asp & fmx How difficult

At my job I got moved to web development and It is pretty new to me. I have been working with flash for a month. I understand the basis of it and basic actionscripts. I was just wondering how hard is it and what do you need to know to have the two work together. And to be communicating with databases.

Is this something I get learn in a few weeks and were is a good place or book to start learning.

I had the same problem five months ago. I used this forum, the macromedia forum, the flashkit web site (www.flashkit.com) and three ASP sites :
