I had a friend design a new flash header for my site:
http://www.debatepolicy.com/
Everything is fine in Firefox or Chrome, but not the way I like it in IE. In the first 2 the spacing is perfect. In IE - it leaves tons of space above and below the SWF file making the top of the board look a little bare.
If I embed the SWF file in a program such as Frontpage or Dreamweaver, it also shows the dimensions of the file much larger than the actual image which is 905x200.
Any idea on what needs to be done to have this view properly in IE?
Thanks much!

P.S. - new member here, so my apologies if I posted this in the wrong place!
