bold and Accent with dynamic text

hi,
Got a problem to make a bold è while linking a dynamic texte with a txt file.
my dynamic text filed use html render(the chech box).

I include "Latin basic" et 'Latin I' and other speciale caractere as èéà but there is nothing to do.

my text file and the result in comment(//):
