question does the published html file with the words text used in html get noticed by SEO crawlers when they search, so i dont have to worry as of right this instant of getting major SEO work on the site

yes if you've got a descrption, keywords, and some content other than javascript...
so that's a little more than the default of what gets published.
you should also type at least in a <noscript></noscript>
block a bit about the site and the need for javascript and flash, for seo purposes
