using a button to control a movie clip

I want a button on the main timeline to control a movie clip in this way.
--on rollOver I want the movie clip to begin playing.(no problem)
--on rollOut I want the Movie Clip to begin playing backwards from the movie clips current frame until it reaches the movie clips beginning.(problem)
