audio gets cut at the beginning

I have the audio as stream in a layer. It's strange that sometimes the first .5 to 1 second get cut. It does not happen all the time but at rather high frequency. I've added a few blank frames before the audio but it didn't help.

Any way to ensur eit always play from the beginning?
