External MC choppy animation

I never have loading/lagging problem w/ external mc until now. Please take a look at the attached file. In the work section, I loaded an external MC, but the animation lags incredible when images are loaded from 3 different sections in my file. Someone please help me, I tried multiple options, still no use.
