Action Script & Adobe Flash CS4

Sorry. Very new to this. Am I correct in thinking that I include/write action script programs within an IDE running as part of the Adobe Flash CS4 application?

Yes, you can write ActionScript code in the Flash CS4 IDE (a.k.a Flash Authoring Tool) in the Actions panel. Or you can download the Flex Builder 3 IDE Trial here (http://www.adobe.com/products/flex/) and code in it.
