Flash in Powerpoint freezes on first frame

Hi, I'm trying to embed a swf file into a Powerpoint presentation. The first time I run it through, it works fine, but then after that, when I try to run it again, the Flash stays on the first frame (not frozen - the movieclip animation loops on the first frame are running).

Can anyone give me a clue as to why this would happen??
