Here's a program I created using flash and python, the python side is a socket server that launches specified tasks. The flash side is the GUI of course, It's easily customized via an XML file.

You can make as many sub-menus as you want and can fit 22 buttons on each, as well as 22 buttons in the main menu. You're also able to load web pages in a new tab/window

I wrote this mainly to launch my servers from anywhere with internet access, for example I can start and stop my Orb server anywhere, or start my uTorrent and open the web-ui in a new tab.
It can be used to start/stop virtually any program on your computer.

I took a look but I don't get what this thing is for. Why would I need that?

Here (http://www.thebitstream.com/?p=47) is technique I developed with explanation of what you could do and why you would want to.

But heres my comment.

9 megs? Holy buckets of bits batman!

My system is 128kbs in size on the client and uses a standard red5 server as the hub.

Nice work though, but I also would want to build it myself. I'm not hip to your version controling. Why cant you just commit your project 'build space' as is?
