Seeking an expert flash developer/actionscripter to build some very complex forms.

Only apply if you have experience doing forms. Not your basic... Name, Email, Message...send type. Much more complex than that!!

PM if you're interested and please show me some examples, plus your url with info and rate of pay.

Thanks,
Dan

I have to consider this an attack to another user unless you can provide the details and explain it...

Ah nevermind Cyanblue, I sent a PM to this guy weeks ago with a link to the BYO.com form which has hundreds of fields to fill that you can save to database, reload to the form, print, share and so on, so maybe something you can call complex... . The guy never answered back and then after he bumped his post he sent me a PM saying I wasn't obviously qualified. LOL Well I'll say he's obviously not qualified to qualify people end of discussion for me, I'm not bitter at all, I'm amused.

I never said you were not qualified. I said based on what you sent me, I did not think you were suited to this job. And as an employer, it is my choice who I decide to hire and who I do not. I do not have to justify it to you or to anyone else. In regards to the "bitter" comment....I did not appreciate your PM and the tone of the message which was condescending. As an employee/contractor, you should try to act more professional at all times, even when things don't go your way.

If that is the case, you PM him and tell him that he is not a good fit rather than saying that he is bitter in public... It's your choice who to get for the project, but let's not forget that you are speaking in public... :(

As an employer you can choose whoever you want for whatever reason, no doubt about that. But try to answer contractor messages or else they might think you did not get their message for some reason. Not answering does not mean you are not interested. Keep that in mind for next time please, that will avoid some confusion. Good luck anyway.

Which I did.

It's your choice who to get for the project, but let's not forget that you are speaking in public... :(
And he can take the same advice.

I am not taking side here, but as somebody who has no idea whether you guys had PM conversation or not, you are the one who is showing out the bad attitude...

I am not trying to finger anybody for the wrong doing... I just don't want this kind of thing happen again... That's all I want as a member of this community...

I see no benefit of having this conversation... I am going to clean up this thread later tonight... I am sure you guys will read this thread before then...

Yeah better clean this post Cyanblue. The guy is now starting to lie and it's getting ridiculous. Point is he never answer my PM and bumped his thread two weeks after his first post saying "nobody interested?", the (little) problem comes from that. I guess he considers that not answering is a answer by itself. And now he's the one lying about it and talking about keeping professional attitude ... So just a little advice for people posting offers here: answer people who take the time to PM you on your offer. Doesn't matter if it's to say no thanks, just answer.

My first post said "nobody interested"?.... Where does it say that??? I have the pm to prove I did answer you. So be careful with your accusations and defamatory remarks. You are the one who is creating this issue all because you missed out on a job.

I don't "miss" jobs, I'm a full time employee and all my Flash stuff is side work. When you first posted your offer I did PM you and you never answered this PM, that's not even an accusation, it's just what happened. Then when you bumped your post and I posted a comment about the fact that you never answered me, you finally took the time to send me a PM. So let's move on now and I promise to never PM you again on your offers so you are all set. Good luck.
