[AS3] Big translation project

I urgently need this project translated into AS3 so i can support a number of features.
I haven't got a clue how to translate it as i know nothing about AS3 and am kinda new to flash.
Would anyone be willing to accept the challenge?

This begs the question: once translated, how are you going to be able to edit the project with no knowledge of AS3?
