[I am using Flash 7 MX '04 Pro.]
On every symbol, there are two handles: a plus sign and a circle. What do these mean ?
When I created a lot of the symbols in my .fla animation, I didn't bother to align them to the center. But now that I am writing the code, they need to be centered so that their _x and _y properties are accurate. So I went through and edited all the symbols I've made to center them. Problem solved ... or so I thought. Now all of the instances of these symbols are not in their correct locations on the Stage ... they are shifted. The circle-shaped handle is still in the correct place, but the plus-sign handle is centered on the object. Is there a way I can automatically reunite all the plus-handles to align with the circle-handles, so that the instances are where I want them to be ?
