Motion Tween into preloader scene

Am i Wrong using a few Motion Tween frames into the preloader scene???
It seems to me that makes playing slowly!!!!

Should not be a problem except if it is a complicated and long animation beause then it also has to load.

All flash preloader have some kind of an animation that is in a movieClip in the first frame of the preloader.

Also there are many preloadr components for MX if you'd like to use them. That simplifies your work.
