banners on sites

does anyone know how to make a banner appear on another site? I can link a simple image but how do I make a flash file appear? I would be using HTML

or in other words I want to display a small flash window on a html page with out poping up a new window

I don't really understand...you can embed a little flash movie anywhere in your html page by using the embed and object tags
