Linking Flash to DW file

I've made a little Flash MX splash (file attached, I think or hope) that will be an index file in my DW4 site.
I've got a stop action in the last frame, now I want it to open a file in my DW site. I understand linking to URL's but am not sure how it works while your creating a site without a web address.

Also can you fade out all the stopped layers with an action?

well to answer your first question link to the html file

getURL("whatever.html");

(assuming the intro and the html file you want to link to are in the same directory)
