How do I label a frame or keyframe?

I'm trying to learn how the password scripting works...and I really don't know how to label a frame at all. Can someone please help?

(Sorry, I just got flash last week; and I've never used another graphics program, except MS paint..!)

Quite simple actually ...

You can only name keyframes.
- So create a keyframe.
- Select it
- Open the Frames palette (windows:frame)
- In the "Label" area, type the name for the keyframe
