Navigation!!1!11!

I'm having some trouble with this site I'm working on, which btw I didn't design. Alright if you look at the file (it's attched=temp.zip), you see a top navigation that runs some little animation clip and turns the text golden/yellow, and sublinks that turn red (the first ones anyway). Well what I want to accomplish is when you mouseover the sublinks it runs the top navigation animation and golden rollover.

It sounds like a simple thing to do, but its really slipped my mind on how to accomplish this with the way I have it built. I can email someone the FLA if you're willing to help. This damn thing is cutting into teh after work b33r time.
