I have loaded a swf. movie onto a movieclip in my the other movie. How do i let the loaded swf. receive and store variables of the movie it is on?

Declare the variables as global...

_global.myVariable = "test";

from within the main movie. Call for the variables as global within the child movie and you should have access to those values.
