I need a plugin or script for Wordpress that allows users to upload and submit pictures and videos...

Perfect example This is Photobomb: Photojackers of the World Unite! Submit a Bomb (http://thisisphotobomb.com/submit)




I cannot find a plugin for this, I am willing to pay someone to write it.
