I have a very simple detect flash method before one of my movies. It works in Explorer but in Nescape it never detects that I have flash, why is that?. My code is this:

<objec! classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=4,0,2,0">
<param name=movie value="../Images/MiniKids/Jouer/DetectPapa_Maman.swf">
<param name=quality value=high>
<embed src="../Images/MiniKids/Jouer/DetectPapa_Maman.swf" quality=high pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
</embed>
</object>

I give it 5 seconds to detect wether the person has flash and then redirects to another page if it dosen't find it.

Should I give it more time and do you think this is a good way to detect flash or are there better ways.

thanks for your help
