FLV Component - Previous & Next buttons

How do you get these buttons to work? We have created several 'tutorial' type videos but we can not get the previous and next buttons to work. I figure there has to be some actionscript involved to get them to work?

nevermind, didnt realize those were caption buttons and not previous/next video buttons.
