Stopping sound

Help please!!

Ive taken on a website challenge for a freind of mine who's in a band - Ive designed a radio front with a moving dial and 7 buttons.

Once the 'on' button is pressed a radio adjusting sound plays in a loop. I would like the user to be able to stop the sound at will but still be able to use the navigation as normal.

The 'On' button converts to an 'Off' button once clicked so would the same script for the 'music off' button work as well because the way i have it at present it turns the radio off but the sound keeps playing.

Im pretty sure this wont present a problem for you chaps. One day i'll be able to return the favour once ive got a few more years AS'ing under my belt!

Hi ! I could be mistaken, but I believe an on/off music button tutorial is right there in the Flash help. Anyway, if you want like a volume slider, Billy wrote this (http://www.actionscript.org/tutorials/beginner/volume_slider/index.shtml) tutorial. :cool:
