no matter what number you choose it will always add up to a multiple of 9 so 9, 18, 27 etc.. so every symbol that is a multiple of 9 will always be the same!!
Made it sound more confusing.

the clever thing about this one is the way the symbols (on the right) fade in and out each time so you don't notice that they change...

You choose 09 as the number
add the two digits 0+9
subtract the two 9-9
u get ZERO
The answer will be the image associated to zero.

and if I pick 11?
Sushubh

Take 11
add 1+1 =2
sub 11-2
u get 09
add 0+9
sub 9-9
u get 0
there u go again!

I don't see your point
I think the first description by snapple was more accurate - whatever number you choose when you run it through that formula you get a multiple of 9

Woaaaaaaaaa, i'm no Maths-head - which is why i am confused, but, er......i'm confused (i might be missing somthing, and get shouted down for being a spazo), but it seems a wierd way round of doing it and the image at 0 is not always correct.
I even got my Flash Math creativity out for a sec there with your explanation.
I have only just got up, stumbled from my bed to my desk/puter, not even a caffine fixt yet, (this is me trying to make excuses btw).

There were a couple of times when my number/symbol didn't match up to the on in the ball. It happened the first time i loaded the site and then like the 10th time. I kept loading it to see if it would make the same mistake again. And it did. There must be a variable error somewhere in the script, cuz it only happens once in a while.
