moving buttons

Hi All,
Anybody had a problem with moving buttons. I have a row of instances across the top of the stage that act as my main navigation buttons. Each button has a "goto and stop" action attached to it. When i move the playhead one or two of the buttons move slightly. I cant figure this out coz the x, y co-ordinates dont change. This movement is visible on the stage and in the exported movie, although on the stage the movement appears sideways, in the exported movie they move up slightly.
Everything still works but it niggles me coz it makes the navigation appear sloppy or even fragile.
If anybody could solve this one I'd be ultra grateful

thanks for the reply,
the problem is only slight now as I deleted the instances and started again. Since i restarted Flash the button no longer appears to move on the stage althouth there still is a slight discrepency on one of the buttons in the exported movie.
The right hand button "info" appears fine when u click on it from the "contact" frame.
But if you click on it from any other frame there is still slight movement.
I can live with as its only slight, I'm curious to know why its happening
