Hi,
This is not a startup business and I am not looking to take your time for nothing!
I have a successful project that needs to be enhanced ASAP and a Google top position website with considerable traffic. Most visitors are looking for us, ergo potential customers.
I am looking for a flex developer who knows all about Flex 3. Not looking for a paid freelance work but a very experienced partner!
If you are just a startup or new/experimenting with Flex, you may not be able to handle the project or the stress (wee need to be fast). Enhancing my project should start ASAP and it may need full time (at least for a short period / we are working 12-16 hours a day this week!)
Note: We are having heavy traffic and considerable sales. I need a strong background and a loyal partner to grow and use this great potential. You will understand the whole project when you see the details. Please do not apply for curiosity, I need an experienced Flex developer to be my partner and have no time to chit-chat :-)
Thank you!
[moderator] ok I move that to project and position but I got to say between the "We are having heavy traffic and considerable sales" and "we are working 12-16 hours a day" and the "Not looking for a paid freelance work", I advise anyone interested (if it's even possible) to take extreme precaution here ... Just sounds very strange that somebody making considerable sales can't pay anything ...

I am sorry if it sounds strange, but I don't believe is a good idea to pay someone and to run the whole project by myself. The reason: I need a loyal partner who comes with experience and own ideas and is personally interested in our success.

This is not a startup business and not another "brilliant idea", it is a running project that needs further development ASAP.
I own a Google top positioned website and the related product/service. We are growing every day and facing new challenges that needs human resource.
I am looking for an experienced Flex 3 developer, who knows all about Flex 3. I'll try to tell more details after contacting each-other.

What top website? Where? Show us the link to you top google site! Or is it a secret still under dev?
This is either a scam or a very inexperienced manager. A very small chance that something is lost in translation.

So maybe he can pay but only wants somebody to sign on for long term.
But without sharing 'the top site' I would be cautious.
With wanting that kind of commitment it better be a damn good project/product, and you should offer a signing bonus.
Sounds 'small time' to me.

My 2 cents is that 'a Google top positioned website' does not mean anything... You can always find a way to boost up a google rank one way or another... I'd rather have said something like 'a website with 1000 user' or something similar to that to make it sound big...
