I was wondering if anyone knows if you can save your SharedObjects to a zip disk...So the user doesn't have to be at the same computer for his info to load?

I don't think you can do that... That stupid(?) restriction stuff forbids you to do that...

why atupid, it's some kind of security, if you want the shared file get it from its place.
also, can you do that with the COOKIES??

Um... That's why I said stupid(?) restriction... It's good to have that sort of security backing up for you, and it's bad when you cannot do something because of that restriction... For example, Flash has a functionality that can write a text file anywhere on the computer... It's good that Macromedia restricted its location and the type of the file for the sake of the security... But it's not good that I have to call PHP script to write something on the user's drive... Know what I mean??? :D

not sure that I know what you mean but I can feel it.
But also I've read the Security.pdf file and kinda convienced of it

Yup... It's likely I am just ranting here since I know why security has to be applied... :(
