flash 5 menu/movie

hi everyone. can anyone help me with this? i want to make a flash movie/menu to where the pics on the left side will be links to bring up the movie on the right side.

the above link has thepicof the way i want the menu to look. the black area on the left will have the "icons" that i want as links to bring up the "movie" on the right side(the green area will be the movie area).

ive tried to attach the file above in here so hopeflly itll work. if not just go to the link above.
