Sound Clips spanning Scenes

Does anyone have a method for spanning a sound clip across scenes in a swf?

I tried to clip the frames and paste the frames, including the sound clip layer but was denied.

I am floundering with the sound settings, any tips?

Use a soundObject...

Or put your sound in it's own movie, and load it on a higher level.
