saving variables

Can anybody help me?
What i want to do is save text entered into a textbox out to a file and then be able to load the text back in at a later date,
any help would be greatly appreciated

That question has been asked many times... :)
I am not sure since you didn't tell us any of your environment specifications, but see this thread (http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?s=&threadid=21965), and do the searching on the forum to find more information... 'save text' would be a good starter search text... :)

I am using Flash 4, What i want to do is save values entered on the HTML format to a text file on a server. Ive never used PHP before so if any one has any ideas can they explain them simply:confused:
