The site seems usable if that was the concern, but the design still needs some further attention, in my opinion. I think that the color scheme may be the first thing that could use a little work. The image is cool, and it works work well with the background color, but that tourquoise transparent window throws the balance off quite a bit for me. Also, there seem to be a lot of colors in the menu that don't quite mesh too. As a design note, the cut-off corners seem a little bit forced...I think a different approach, or perhaps just a more minimal use of that one, would seem more natural and integrate with the flowing background image better. I hope that helps you out some.

argh!! sincerely is mispelled!!! sorry, that stuff jumps out at me, now for a critique:
everytime I click a main button, the galaxy background jumps a bit, maybe it's suppose to move but on my old pc (550) it looks like an image that is not lined up in each section.
the menu tabs and menu font seem HUGE to me
what's the little square above and left of the audio icon for?
seems that if you close the menu with that triangle-square thing that I should be able to open it again in the same place with a similar icon, not an arrow down below, I thought that arrow was going to load another background image
the kajica.com logo at the top does not have a defined hit state, so you only get the hand icon when you are right over a letter
i found the portfolio layer quite jarring and not in keeping with the style of your site, i also did not like the menu disappearing
maybe you can disable the selected button so that a user does not reload something they are already viewing
hope i was not too tough and it's just my opinion
all in all i like the concept and how it works, i'm just very picky . . .
