Help With Pricing

hey guys , im looking to build a site to sell royalty free music / stock music ,
below are some examples of what im kinda looking for
though i dont need all the features .. maybe to mix and match

im totally clueless about programing
i guess what im trying to figure out is a ballpark figure for making a similar site
and if i can afford to take on a project such as this .

if u can recommend some places that do this type of work , it would also be helpful
