html/flash/cd burning question -

Hello,
Kind of a html/flash/cd burning question -
Ultimately I'd like my cd to have a flash file that autoruns - I've managed this much - also the cd needs to detect the flash plug-in, and if it's not there I'd like it to open an html page.
I guess I just need to find out how to right the code on the root of the cd for the OS to read it - I'm asking this here as I can't think of where to start looking for such info...

If you are using Flash Projector (.exe), there's no need for Flash plugin to be installed.
