I will be using MDM Zinc 3.0 on a legacy project. I do not have much experience with it and have started looking first at MDM's website and documentation. It seems apparent through this forum that MDM's current documentation sucks ass.

Does anyone know of a better place to find MDM Zinc 3.0 documentation or tutorials.

Thanks. any help would be great.

Is the legacy project a Zinc 2.5 project or was it created with Zinc 3.0? If it was created with 2.5 you're likely to encounter a couple of issues

(1) You won't be able to import your old project file and you HAVE to create it from scratch

(2) This is more serious, not all the functionality that was in 2.5 is in 3.0, they have REMOVED features, some of them are pretty significant departures.

I would definitely catalog all the features you had in your old project and compare them to what's curently supported BEFORE starting this work. You might find that it's simply not possible to do what you need to do with Zinc if you're coming from 2.5
