Aliased text

Does anyone know how to get the anti-aliasing effect on text turned off? Basically, text comes up without the smooth edges, and looks like normal html text.
I've seen it done on a few sites now, and it looks cool. I've tried a few things, but don't know of any more settings. :(

Nice one Jesse. It's just the 'use device fonts' selected.
It's makes smaller text really clear. Me happy chappy :)
