Howdy...
Can we have a color link automatically when we use [ url ] [ /url ] tag??? Right now, the link made with that tag is not distinguishable with other text, so it is easy to skip the link... I know that I can specify the color of the text with the FONT tag, but we gotta have multiple tags to do that... Is there any way just to specify it automatically??? All linked text gets dark blue text color or something??? Just my 2 cents... ;)

Ahh I'm not sure it's possible. See URL tag is prebuilt into the Forums. We can change the general link color but that then changes ALL html links on ALL forums pages which sucks. If we could edit the replacement var we could change the URL style link to a special class, but we can't without hacking the PHP files.

....... but I think you can do it with the color of the text, let's see

sorry, but "huh?"
That "solution" uses multiple tags which CyanBlue already alluded to and was hoping to avoid:

(I'm presuming by font tag he meant Color in this instance)

Thank you, pinkaboo... ;)
I don't know how it has been done, but Kirupa does use this kind of setting... You just use URL tag wihtout COLOR tag, and you get to see the dark blue link...
Just wanted to see if it is a simple thing... No need to worry about it... It sure will be more recognizable if it can be done, but too much work won't be necessary...
