that would be "mosselen met friet", but you could say "mossels" too, like "muscles" in english but with an "o" as in "cOme on" :)

about "the sky is blue": my favorite is the giraffes, whenever i'm stressed up, five minutes of giraffe-pitching gets me back on earth :D
