there is a delay in the animating every first time u click the one of the menu buttons???? but the delay is gone the second time? try reload and empty cashe click another menu and the delay is there??? strange???

Weird, I don't really see what you mean, sorry.

I don't seem to be getting any delay in evidence here, and usually this machine is the first to fall over at even the slightest hint of Flash (I'm sat at my parent's old pooter) yet that site is actually smooth for me.
The animation all seems pretty instant.

Worked perfectly for me too. No delay in the animation at all.

Maybe it just on my mac that there is a second of delay just before the player shows the first text in the menu . and i cant understand why?? cause it only appears once, the first time u push one of the menu bottons. doesnt madder which button u push first.. the second of delay is there...and whont appear any more as u view the movie.

But thanks a lot for your help !
