yep the text needs work and it would be nice if the sections left smoothly like so - http://www.tableau.com.au/tutorials/smooth_transitions/

some examples of your work would be good too

cheers

good example! although it seems a bit slow.
If you going to use this transition you might speed up the FPS

The text was blurry because I used pixel font in photshop to write the text and saved in PNG format :(

Billy and Budget, I downloaded this tutorial on how to use the shared font and could not understand why it won't show the sentence when I run the movie? Please explain
Thanks

Hi budget
yes it's empty there. the library has an empty movie clip. should i bring it out on the stage?
so is not the way how you do it when you want every computer to display that font?

just use the embed tool on which sentence you want
to use..don't make it to complicated..
BTW "arial " doesn't need to be embedded!

how those pixelfonts going eh?

I've used that technique before - no reason why it should blurry

Hi billy,
Thank you for helping me and others out.

Is the text really blurry when you see my site in your computer?
I remember seeing that technique from your site long time ago. I guess I forgot to set the antali-alias to "none." and Fscommand. I assume that's why?

yes

the fscommand is just for the stand alone player and would have no effect on your website so I guess you forgot to set antialias to none within photoshop

cheers

Just commenting on the site, i like the design (maybe a bit small though?)
Just a couple of suggestions..
Firstly in some of the sections there are important subsections (like the section containing info on your skills) the button for reaching these subsections is a bit obscure and less experienced users of flash may not recognise it as a button.
Secondly, and this is just a comment as im sure its a bug or something but the top right button on each section seems to disapear and be unusable after first entering the site.
Over all though i like it!!

Yeah it's small. I have a feeling that small design is popular this year I don't know maybe it's just being me.
True. Some less experienced people might not see those arrows as a button that's why I put those arrows way below the content.

It’s not a bug. I planned it that way. I know some people might want to see the whole background image and have only one opportunity to see it is on very first. My original idea was to put the right button on every subsection. I was hesitated on this. What if the user who accidentally clicks the right button? The user might get confused or frustrated or just skipped my most important section so I planned that way.

Thanks for your comments
