Its one of those things where you think "that can't be legal" - but then you thin "hmmmmmm, well i guess they wouldn't go to all that trouble if it wasn't".
Either way, i expect most people who are serious about Flash and the standards within, will stay clear of buying ripped fla's.
What are the chances of it being a scam ????

Know your rights. And it doesnt have to say copyright on the site.

I saw that when it was first posted... And I wanted to ride over the guy's face with a lawnmower...
That's probably the most despicable thing I've ever seen in web/flash design... EVER.
I suppose that I am a bit more outspoken than most, but, that's just disgusting.
The funny part about it is... If someone uses Flash long enough, with practice, they will know what those particular companies did to achieve certain effects. It's just a matter of people being lazy. As time has passed, I've grown to be able to understand how an effect is made when I see it. And all of you probably know as well.
As far as him taking it all down, I have to believe that it was somewhat in part of this site. And I have absolutely NO pity for someone like that.
There are few things that make a man a man. Honor and personal responsiblity are two of them, and obviously he is at a severe deficit of those.
I apologize if I offended anyone here, but... :mad:

There was a guy, quite openly, selling illegally cracked swf's, the big ones - 2A for example - I think he was getting people to hand over $30 for each. Said he’d deliver in 48 hours, and you’d have an entire site.

I am confused, and not sure what to make of it all. This may sound critical, but anyone who has any involvement with Flash / web development, would surely know that you can't do what he was trying to do.
It certainly sounds sincere, whether he cracked them or not is largely irrelevant - i just dont understand how someone can think "ahhh, this will be fine, no-one will have a problem with it"
